Policies, Returns, & Procedures
PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. BY PURCHASING FROM GRAZEFULLY DELICIOUS LLC YOU THEREBY AGREE TO BOTH OUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS & OUR DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Pickup & Delivery Policy
We staff our team and store based on finalized orders and bookings. Please be respectful of our team’s time.
Please let us know if you are running behind, as we provide a grace period of 30 minutes.
Individual Orders
You may cancel your order up to 1 week prior to your delivery or pickup date for a full refund. If you cancel less than 1 week prior you will NOT receive a refund.

If you realized you made a mistake on your order or order date or need an immediate refund, please contact us within 2 hours of submission. If the order is scheduled within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee accommodations will be made.
Online Ordering
It is a limitation of the website that we cannot remove specific times of day from the ordering screen and list; therefore, the date itself may be available but once the order is received, we may need to modify the agreed pickup or delivery time.
Deliveries
For any deliveries, please ensure that somebody will be available to accept deliveries during your designated time slot, as charcuterie is perishable and requires refrigeration. If a delivery is attempted (applicable to regular and special gift orders) with our team contacting the recipient without a response, our team is not responsible any boards that are delivered and sit out. If nobody is available to receive the order, it will either be left at the door (if prior arrangements have been made) OR returned to our space. If returned to Grazefully Delicious LLC the customer will NOT be refunded for the delivery fee and will be required to pickup at our store location (during normal business hours).
If damage occurs, customers are required to contact us immediately and within 24 hours of the delivery with visual evidence. This must be done upon delivery and prior to consumption.
Corporate, Grazing Tables, and Large Event Orders
Unless otherwise specified in a signed contract, please refer to the following payment and cancellation policy there we’ve agreed upon.
We do not recommend setting up grazing tables outside unless the temperatures are below 70 degrees, the location is under a roof/tent or similar, and there is a fan present to keep air circulating.
Grazefully Delicious LLC is not liable for food condition or storage once delivered, regardless of whether staff stays on site at the event venue. Please refer to your signed contract/quote for specific or additional booking conditions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required and must be submitted within 24-hours.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 1-year from purchase and cannot be combined with any other flash sales or promotions.
Food Allergies Disclaimer
Our boards may contain or have come in contact with common food allergens including (but not limited too): peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, or dairy products.
Clients with sensitivities should exercise judgment and please let us know to not include specific ingredients within your board. While we can omit those ingredients and take precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that any of the products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, milk, egg, and wheat allergies.
Please note that for certain holidays or occasions or celebrations, we may add non-editable stakes or toppers as decoration. Please do NOT consume such items.
Food Handling
When products are received, please keep refrigerated and consume within 24-48 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4-5 hours, to comply with food safety standards.
If you are traveling with your board, please let us know so we can package it accordingly. We ask that you place the board in a cooler or with flat ice packs to ensure the platter remains cold & fresh. Grazefully Delicious LLC is not liable for food condition or storage once delivered, regardless of whether staff stays on site at the event venue.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Grazefully Delicious LLC will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
Order Inclusions
All boards and platters will include (if purchased) crackers/bread on the side, unless otherwise specified or arranged in advance.
